Q: As a club member, do I receive a discount on products I buy at The Gourmet Grape?
A:
Yes, as a wine club member, you will receive discounts on merchandise in the store. The discounts are outlined on the membership levels and benefits page.

Q: How many bottles of wine are in the monthly shipments?
A:
You will receive between one and three bottles of wine per shipment, monthly.

Q: When are the shipments sent?
A:
Shipments will be billed and sent out between the 1st and the 5th of each month.

Q: How much does the wine club cost?
A:
There is no fee to join the wine club. The cost of membership in the wine club is based on the price of the shipments within your membership tier selection. Depending on the membership tier you select, the shipments will range from $25.00 to $100.00 per shipment (shipping and tax where applicable are additional). Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping. We cannot accept personal checks or invoice for shipments.

Q: What is The Gourmet Grape’s return policy?
A:
If you are not 100% satisfied with our wine or service, simply contact the store for assistance.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the wines, you may return the product to us so that we may exchange it or give you a refund (except where prohibited by law). We'll refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you need to return wine, simply repackage the item in the container in which it was received. Returns must be returned prepaid. We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective. If wine is replaced, we will pay the shipping costs for items sent in exchange.

If a shipment of wine is returned to us due to delivery failure we will contact you. If we do not receive a response, we will refund the value of the wine and the taxes you were initially charged on your credit card. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

Credit card refunds: All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A:
You may cancel your wine club membership at any time with no obligation via phone, mail or e-mail.

Q: What happens if I move?
A:
If you move, please notify us of your new address by contacting us via phone, mail or email prior to your move. Contacting us ahead of time will prevent missed shipments or forwarding delivery charges. The Gourmet Grape is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines.

Privacy Policy
At The Gourmet Grape we respect and protect your privacy.
Your name and any information you provide to us will not be sold or shared with other companies. We request information to better understand you, our valued customer, your interest in wine, and in particular, your interest in our wines. We keep this information strictly confidential and solely for our own use. If at any time you prefer not to be included in our mailings, please let us know and we will honor your request.
